Recent Changes to our Private Labeling Options: 

 Custom-Labeled Products (ready-to-sell items shipped with your brand’s label affixed):

• We no longer offer custom-labeling services.

 Adding your own custom scent: 

• We no longer offer this service. Customers may create custom scents by combining 2 scents that are offered in our Custom Products listings.

Creating your own custom scent: 

• We no longer offer custom formulation services.

Making changes to an existing product formula: 

• We no longer offer custom formulation services.

Manufacturing your formula: 

• We no longer offer custom formulation services.

Custom product development: 

• We no longer offer custom product development services.

At this time, we are focusing exclusively on our existing product formulations and standard labeling options. Clients seeking custom fragrances, formulations, ingredient modifications, or custom labeling will need to pursue those services independently.

Current Options

Free Options! You are free to purchase our products as-is and relabel them yourself. You are free to sell the products as you like under your own brand. This includes things like:

• Ordering products, removing our label & replacing it with your label
• Ordering bulk product and repacking it into your own containers for retail or refill applications
• You are also free to order unscented product and add your own signature scent to it

Rustic Strength Relabeling Guidelines

This guide is to help explain our white label and private label programs.

• Requesting Additional Labels: You are more than welcome to ask us for additional labels with your order. We are happy to include them so that you can label additional containers in your store. Feel free to attach these labels to your display containers even if they are not our original vessels! If you would like to print your own labels, you may access our Downloadable Labels. We have made this really easy for you to do.  We have converted our labels to meet industry requirements.  Simply hand write how many ounces your customer has purchased on this label before their container leaves your store.

• Creating your own labels using our content: The logo, images, and design work used in our labels is proprietary and trademarked. It is our intellectual property into which we have invested a significant amount of time, money, and creative effort to produce.

• We ask that you respect the work put into our brand by NOT making any modifications to our labels. If you are in the process of designing a label used to sell our products, please do not reuse any element of our original labels, including the logo. If you have a specific creative direction in mind that significantly deviates from ours, we recommend fully following it through and creating your own brand name and logo to accompany it.

• If you would like to sell our product under our brand name but using a different label format, please transfer the elements over as information text only. For example, instead of our logo just type out “Rustic Strength” and instead of the graphics just type “Lavender Hand Soap”. We recommend avoiding bold colors and sticking to neutral, desaturate, or understated color schemes for this set up.

Creating your own brand: If our name is not associated with the products we sell you (meaning you are selling them under your own brand and company) you have complete freedom of design. This is your business, and as long as the Rustic Strength brand name is not mentioned you can create any design you please! The manufacturer information would simply need to state, “manufactured for MyNewBusiness”. Can you design my labels for me? Our branding team’s sole focus is to produce work that fits our brand’s vision. All creative output is done in our specialized style, with no deviation. We will not be able to help you execute your unique vision in a manner that is cost-effective. Instead, we recommend seeking out a design agency that specializes in producing multi-faceted work.
