Do you offer territory exclusivity? Will you refuse to sell to other businesses in my region?

The offering of vertical restraints such as geographical protections is an implied step toward a violation of section 1 of the Sherman Anti-Trust act. While services like this are theoretically legal to offer in some cases we at this time do not have the means to ensure that actions like this would not be a step toward being anticompetitive in nature. In the interest in acting above the moral minimum, that is to say, operating not only in a legal manner, but also in an ethical one, we are unable to offer any territorial covenants to our wholesale clientele at this time. We believe in equal opportunity for all our customers and refuse to discriminate against businesses in a manner that could be viewed as anticompetitive action on behalf of a particular party.
