Where do I find the Lot Number on your containers?

We are moving to a standardized system where all lot numbers will be located in specific areas, making them easy to find when speaking with our customer care team.

• Eco Jugs: When the large opening faces you, the lot number is located on the right side of the container, bottom center, running horizontally.

• Buckets: With the label facing you, the lot number is on the back side, center bottom, running horizontally.

• Barrels: Lot numbers appear in two locations:

• On top of the barrel, to the right of the label running vertically in line with the label orientation

• On the front of the barrel, to the right of the label, running vertically in line with the label orientation

• Gallon Jugs (Glass, Plastic, and Wide Mouth): Located on the center back side, running vertically.

• Bag-in-Box (BIB): Found on the back of the box, at the bottom, running horizontally.

• Small Retail-Ready Bags: Located on the bottom back side of the bag, running horizontally.

• Retail-Ready 12 oz and 16 oz Bottles: Found on the bottom of the bottle.

• Room and Linen Spray (Ready to Use): Located on the center back side, running vertically.
