We are not able to create an order for you. 

Our employees do not have access to your payment information. Shopify has a secure platform that prevents our company from being able to access or identify your payment details.

We are unable to verify what card number you used for payment and we do not have the ability to charge you without a payment being initiated from your order screen.

If you are having difficulty processing your order or accessing our website:

• Try a fresh screen or go incognito. Many older links are not functioning since a system security update in August 2025. If this works, be sure to clear your cookies and refresh any shortcuts to reflect the updated path.
• As of August 28, 2025 you will no longer use a password to access RusticStrengthWholesale.com. Each time you login, you will be sent a unique 6 digit code to your email. To login, click on the little person icon in the top right corner of our website's homepage and enter your email.

Then, if you are still having trouble, please provide Customer Care with the following information:

• Take a screenshot of your full screen that includes the complete web address bar along with the error code you are receiving. 
• Tell us what browser and service you are using.
• Exact time and timezone

In this instance, we will create an order and invoice for you while we investigate the error.
