What to do if your product arrives frozen or partially frozen:
During cold winter months, your product may arrive partially or completely frozen. This is totally okay—no need to worry 🤍
Because our formulas are made with high-purity, plant-based ingredients (and no fillers), cold temperatures can cause the product to thicken, look cloudy, or pour very slowly after shipping during cold/ freezing weather.
Just bring it inside, let it thaw naturally at room temperature, and avoid applying direct heat. Once it’s fully thawed, give it a good shake and you should see it return to its normal consistency.
This doesn’t affect the quality or performance at all—it’s just a temporary reaction to the cold.
